Everyone who uses GPT websites knows the frustration of completing an offer and not getting paid because the offer does not credit to his or her account. Having been involved in the GPT world for quite some time, I have heard a lot of advice on how to get offers to credit from many different sources. Some of the advice I hear is very helpful. Some is not.
I have searched many different GPT websites looking for the best advice I could find to help my members get more of their offers to credit to their account. After months of research, these are the best GPT tips I have found. Simply follow these tips and watch your earnings increase as more and more of your offers credit to your GPT account.
This is the best advice I can give you on how to complete an offer on a GPT website (You may want to keep this window open and refer to this page while you complete your offers).
- Use only Internet Explorer 7 or Mozilla Firefox web browsers to complete offers.
- Set your web browser to accept all cookies.
- Set all software (anti-virus, pop-up blocker, etc.) to accept all cookies.
- Clear all the cookies in your web browser.
- Log on to your favorite GPT site, choose an offer, and click on it.
- Follow the instructions to complete the offer.
- Take your time when you complete an offer.
- Keep all windows open while completing offers.
- Only use authentic information when you are filling out an offer.
- When you come to a landing page, leave all windows open for about 60 seconds after you click “Submit”.
- Always use a different, valid email address for each offer.
- Clear your cookies, and continue completing offers following these steps.
GPT Tip #1 - Only use either Internet Explorer 7 or Mozilla Firefox web Browsers to complete offers.
All other browsers (Internet Explorer 8 or higher, AOL, Safari, etc.) will have a negative affect on your crediting. Unfortunately, Internet Explorer 7 is not compatible with Windows 7. If you use Windows 7, you will need to download and use Mozilla Firefox (my personal favorite) to complete offers. The download is free here.
GPT Tip #2 - Set your web browser to accept all cookies.
Advertisers want leads to sell their products and services. They use cookies to gather information. If an advertiser sees that you have completed his or her offer but have not supplied your contact information, they will not approve the offer and you will not get credit for its completion.

Then click on Internet Options. Then click on the Privacy tab. Drag the slide bar all the way down to the bottom so that your browser will accept all cookies.
GPT Tip #3 - Set all software (anti-virus, pop-up blocker, etc.) to accept all cookies.
Since everyone uses different anti-virus software, it is impossible to list the different ways to accomplish this task. Please refer to the Help section on your ant-virus software.
I use AVG Free. I have found it to be more than adequate. In AVG Free, you can click on Tools and then on Advanced settings to accomplish this task.
GPT Tip #4 - Clear all the cookies in your web browser.
If an advertiser finds that his or her cookies are already on your computer, he or she may think that you have completed his or her offer more than once and not approve the offer to be paid. That is why it is essential to clear your cookies before completing each offer. Completing any offer more than once is considered fraud on GPT sites.
In Mozilla Firefox, click on Tools. Then click on Clear Recent History. Make sure the checkbox for Cookies is chosen and then click the Clear Now button.
In Internet Explorer, click on Tools. Then click on Internet Options. Under Browsing history on the General tab, click Delete. The Delete Browsing History window will open. Make sure the cookies checkbox is chosen and then click on Delete.
If you are already logged on to your favorite GPT site, this will cause you to be logged off of your account. If so, just log back on and navigate to your chosen offer.
GPT Tip #5 - Log on to your favorite GPT site, choose an offer, and click on it.
Make sure that you don’t close the window to your GPT site while you complete the offer. Also, make sure that you choose an offer in which you have a genuine interest.
Completing and offer and immediately canceling the service is considered fraud on GPT sites. For more information about what is considered fraud, click on GPT sites at the bottom of this page and scroll down to the section of GPT Fraud.
GPT Tip #6 - Follow the instructions to complete the offer.
You will usually find these instructions listed with the offer on your GPT site. If you keep on clicking through, sooner or later, you will come to a landing page.
GPT Tip #7 - Take your time when you complete an offer.
Don’t get in a hurry. Allow all pages and pop-up windows to load completely. Most offers will not credit if you do not allow all pages and pop-ups to load into your computer. Some offers take a long time to load. Please be patient.
GPT Tip #8 - Keep all windows open while completing offers.
If you close any of your windows on your browser while you are completing an offer, your offer will not credit to your GPT account.
GPT Tip #9 - Only use authentic information when you are filling out an offer.If an advertiser suspects that you are using fake information, not only will he or she not approve payment, but he or she will also contact the GPT site owner and request that you be banned from using that GPT site.
I have had to ban several members from our GPT sites for this very reason. I do not like to have to do this. Please use authentic information when you are completing an offer.

This will ensure that all cookies can be passed to and from the advertiser.
GPT Tip #11 - Always use a different, valid email address for each offer.
Many offers won’t credit if you use the same email address for each offer. If an advertiser sees that you have completed more than one of his or her offers with the same email address, he or she may see the offers as duplicates and not approve them to be paid.
Be sure to check the email account for any confirmation emails sent to you by the advertiser. Also, Be sure to keep track of which email address you used for each offer.We have a member on one of our sites who says she uses 30 to 40 email addresses each day. She says that when she started doing this, she saw her offers start to credit more and more. She also says that her offers credited even more when she switched to using Yahoo addresses.
Another good way to accomplish this is to purchase a domain from Godaddy. You can get one hundred and one (101) free, valid email address with every domain you purchase. You can even set up those addresses to forward every email to a single address. Most domains can be purchased for under ten dollars ($10) and are valid for one year from the purchase date.

**Top GPT TIP - Caution - Beware of Computer Viruses, Malware, and Spyware**
These GPT tips will help you develop a better crediting history. But anytime you set your software (anti-virus, pop-up blocker, firewall, etc.) to accept all cookies, you become vulnerable to computer viruses, Trojan down-loaders, and spyware. That’s why you need to regularly scan your computer for viruses when you complete offers on GPT sites.
I use five (5) different anti-virus programs (3 weekly, 1 daily, and 1 in emergencies). The reason I use five different software packages is that they all search and remove different things. I have been using them for several years. They have always kept my computers protected and running at top speed, and I highly recommend them to you. The best news is that most of them are available for free.I use AVG Free at least once a week. I do a full scan more often when I have completed a lot of offers. AVG Free has found and removed problems on my computer that other expensive, anti-virus programs have missed. The free version is available here.
When AVG Free finds malware in my system files, it will not remove it. When that happens, I use Malware-bytes. This software often finds and removes malware that you never even suspect to be on your computer. It found malware that it did not remove on the first scan. But it did remove it on the second scan. Malware, viruses, and spyware are not all the same. To remove spyware, I use SuperAntiSpyware. Like Malware-bytes, this software has amazed me with the things it found on my computers (we have two laptops and a desktop). You can get SuperAntiSpyware here. It will be useable for a fifteen (15) day trial period. The upgrade to the professonal version is more than worth every penny ($19.90 last I checked). I highly recommend it.
I use Advanced Systems Care Pro to keep my computers clean and running at top speed. I use this award winning software daily. It cleans my registry, erases my cookies, cleans up my junk files, defragments my hard drives, and optimizes my computer for top speed. You can get the free version here and the Pro version here. I highly recommend the Pro version. Again, it's worth every penny ($19.95 per year).
Recently, I mistakenly opened a file on an email and downloaded a Rootkit that embeded itself in my system files. AVG Free found it but could not remove it. I was just about to reformat my hard drive when I found Combo Fix. This software removed the Rootkit and restored my system files completely.
You should never use Combo Fix unless you are sure you have a virus and you need to read and follow the instructions on its website completely. It is free and you can find it by entering the words “Combo Fix” in your favorite search engine.
